Software-Defined Camera Technology
Rayfin Control Software (RCS) allows for programmable duty-cycle and live adjustments to optimizing image quality. Digital pan-tilt-zoom enables a (ROI) binning of the 21MP camera sensor in real time. Physically moving the camera is not necessary as the pan and tilt is inside the camera, thereby eliminating need for mechanical pan/tilts and increasing reliability. 
 

Rayfin LiquidOptics

The Rayfin was developed from the maturity and reliability of SubC’s smart camera backbone and is built to exceed the highest requirements of AUV, ROV, observatory, and autonomous systems.

Designed as a main HD, 10x digital zoom camera for systems equipped with a HD-SDI multiplexer.

  • Strength and scratch resistance of a sapphire lens

DVRO

Record, Stream, BlackBox and Overlay 4K, 3D, HD and SD Videos

An advanced media management solution capable of recording multiple HD/SD video and audio feeds, video streaming over Ethernet, and obtaining video frame grabs. Video streamed over a local Ethernet connection preserves its high quality while using your existing infrastructure. Stream live anywhere in the world via Ethernet!


The DVR works in conjunction with Asset Integrity Management solutions from EIVA and Aker Coabis. This highly versatile solution also includes automatic splitting of extended recordings, power loss recovery, BlackBox mode, and both manual and automatic file location and naming.
 

DVRO Features:

  • Record up to six HD/SD video and audio feeds and incorporate 4K and 3D.

  • Continually record any channel while overwriting old video-based onset parameters. ​

  • Extremely user-friendly

  • Smart data monitoring immediately indicates that something has interfered with the inspection

Overlay System
An advanced multi-video serial and graphic overlaying system to incorporate incoming serial data such as depth, altimeter, and heading. Each video can be output on its own channel as composite or HD-SDI video for easy transmission.


Built on top of the SubC DVR, the Overlay utilizes the same attractive easy-to-use
interface. Overlays can be saved as templates for easy loading onto new feeds and all data is continually saved in case of power interruption

DVRO MODELS

2 HD/4 SD

The most popular version of the DVRO. All six inputs can be recorded and overlaid, and each channel can be output over HDMI to monitors. Events are bookmarked with the built-in Dive Log and can later be reviewed with the free SubC Player software.

4 HD/4 SD

A more powerful version of the DVRO than the standard. Four channels of HD/3D can be recorded and overlaid, along with an additional two channels of SD video. Each channel can be output over HDMI to monitors. Events are bookmarked with the built-in Dive Log and can later be reviewed with the Player software.

1 4K/4 SD

A more powerful version of the DVRO than the standard. One channel of 4K UHD can be recorded and overlaid with an additional four channels of SD video. Each channel can be output over HDMI to monitors.

SubC Lasers

MantaRay Parallel Laser


A parallel beam laser designed for ROV and subsea systems.
This laser projects two parallel beams that appear as green dots in images that are used to get distance and scale of underwater objects. It is light in weight and is easily integrated into a subsea camera using a simple attachment. The MantaRay is accurate to 5m distance and provides a precision scale for size reference when viewed from a subsea camera.

Skate Mk2 Laser
